Two of our BOTs were invited as speakers in the recent Philippine Association of Nutrition (PAN Convenion, Aug. 22-23, 2024) — Maria Julia Golloso-Gubat, RND, PSND Treasurer, discussed “Tools and Metrics for Food System Assessment in the Context of Overnutrition,” and Paul Alteo Bagabaldo, RND, MSc, PSND Auditor, talked about “Food Waste to Lose Weight: Saba Peel Fiber in Combating Obesity and Associated Metabolic Disorders in Animal Models.”
