The PSND participated in the forum on ‘Promoting Healthier Food Choices: Calorie Labeling and Food Safety’ held on April 24, 2024, at Novotel, Cubao, Quezon City.

This event was organized by SGS Philippines, Inc., a global leader in inspection, verification, testing, and certification services. Dr. Marivic Samson, a member of our Board of Trustees, contributed her expertise as a speaker with her presentation on ‘Essential Lenses for Calorie Information on Menus from Restaurants: The Case of Demand and Supply.’ Additionally, PSND Assistant Secretary Jeline Corpuz was also in attendance.
